“I recently had a spring break for the first time after buying our home. Raynor was able to come out the same day. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and showed the material he was using to fix. Explained that it wasn’t anything we could’ve prevented but just age of the springs. Our garage even sounds better after he applied oil to our door. I’m very pleased with the service I received!!”

“I was very pleased with the end result. The tech (Tom) was outstanding! Very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Taylor (salesperson) was patient with me (it took over a year for me to make up my mind) and honored the original quote. The only area that I felt that needed improvement was the communication in-office. Sylvia was very pleasant, but I was not made aware of the timeline to get the project done, I wish I had been made aware of how long it would take to order parts needed when I gave my deposit. Again, overall they do a great job and I highly recommend them!”
