“Very easy to work with. Came out and did an actual site visit to assess our situation and provide an accurate quote. There was a long lead time but once the door was ready, they were able to schedule install the next day! The installer was super efficient, kind, and helpful and did a BEAUTIFUL job. “I was very pleased with the end result. The tech (Tom) was outstanding! Very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Taylor (salesperson) was patient with me (it took over a year for me to make up my mind) and honored the original quote. The only area that I felt that needed improvement was the communication in-office. Sylvia was very pleasant, but I was not made aware of the timeline to get the project done, I wish I had been made aware of how long it would take to order parts needed when I gave my deposit. Again, overall they do a great job and I highly recommend them!”
