“I was very pleased with the end result. The tech (Tom) was outstanding! Very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Taylor (salesperson) was patient with me (it took over a year for me to make up my mind) and honored the original quote. The only area that I felt that needed improvement was the communication in-office. Sylvia was very pleasant, but I was not made aware of the timeline to get the project done, I wish I had been made aware of how long it would take to order parts needed when I gave my deposit. Again, overall they do a great job and I highly recommend them!”

He explained the problem and showed the material he was using to fix. Explained that it wasn’t anything we could’ve prevented but just age of the springs.
