“We had our garage door suddenly fail and called this company. They were able to come the same day within a couple of hours. The door needed new parts so they fixed the operation that we could work it manually until the parts arrived in a few days. The total repair cost was reasonable. The technician communicated the problem very well. The door, which is old, has functioned perfectly since the repair.”

“I was very pleased with the end result. The tech (Tom) was outstanding! Very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Taylor (salesperson) was patient with me (it took over a year for me to make up my mind) and honored the original quote. The only area that I felt that needed improvement was the communication in-office. Sylvia was very pleasant, but I was not made aware of the timeline to get the project done, I wish I had been made aware of how long it would take to order parts needed when I gave my deposit. Again, overall they do a great job and I highly recommend them!”

There was a long lead time but once the door was ready, they were able to schedule install the next day! The installer was super efficient, kind, and helpful and did a BEAUTIFUL job.
