“We ordered a custom door to match our house’s siding. A technician came out to measure and make a template. When it was ready, the door was installed perfectly (so quiet!), our cars were programmed to operate it, and we were given complete instructions on the system’s features. We love it!”

The only area that I felt that needed improvement was the communication in-office. Sylvia was very pleasant, but I was not made aware of the timeline to get the project done, I wish I had been made aware of how long it would take to order parts needed when I gave my deposit.
