I have had to replace cable and the chain and with that work, done by Raynor, I couldn’t be happier with the work, the technicians, and the staff who received my frantic calls when I had problems. I have received support and some talk-throughs on the phone and when necessary, prompt professional service. I have recommended Raynor to any friend needing garage service or parts. “I was very pleased with the end result. The tech (Tom) was outstanding! Very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Taylor (salesperson) was patient with me (it took over a year for me to make up my mind) and honored the original quote. The only area that I felt that needed improvement was the communication in-office. Sylvia was very pleasant, but I was not made aware of the timeline to get the project done, I wish I had been made aware of how long it would take to order parts needed when I gave my deposit. Again, overall they do a great job and I highly recommend them!”
